This past Saturday, members from the 2011 team met at Richard Wewerka's house to train for the upcoming mission's eye ministry. We offered a class based off of Dr. David Curtis seminar (
http://www.eyedocinabox.com/) for those wanting to take part in the "doctor" role of the ministry. It was a 3 hour training, in which everyone who participated became familiar with the human eye, how to decipher different diseases within the eye and how to use refractors to read the eye for prescription glasses. It was a success! We have 4 (3 new and 1 returning) doctors for this years trip!
