People Get Ready!

Mission Zambia 2007 is about to launch!

Our last training session will be completed this month. It will be a full day training session aimed at getting us ready for our work and tasks in Zambia. We ask that you pray for the team since we will be traveling from July 18th through the first week of August. I personally would like your prayers for the team, over the last several months we have had Spiritual Warfare affect our team. The Devil knows that we are preparing to lift up God's Kingdom and bring people to Christ and he is not resting. We know that it is God's will that will be done and through him we will have protection and prosperity for the Kingdom.

We will not be updating the Blog as frequently as we did last year. We will not have the necessary communication gear. However, we will call in updates as we can from various locations throughout Europe, South Africa, Botswana and Zambia!

Please pray for the team's progress, safe travel, success with evangelism and flexibility while doing what we can for Jako and Amber to prosper the Orphanage.

Your Brothers in Christ,
Team Zambia 2007 Team

Update from Zambia

From our Missionaries in Zambia

Hello everyone

We are planning to leave for Zambia on Monday June 4th so please pray for us for safe travels up to Zambia and for our work permits for we are planning to go to Lusaka the capital of Zambia to check on the work permits and see what is going on with them since we get no response over the phone. We are planning to be away from two to three weeks since we have lots to do. Apart from checking on our work visas in Lusaka we also hope to check on getting paperwork to be able to import things tax free for the orphanage and we also have things we hope to get done in Mukamba (like laying the slab for our permanent tent) and checking on things there. There is a lot that we hope to get accomplished but there is a lot of uncertainty with how long things will take (especially in the cities) so your prayers would be greatly appreciated.

with eagerness to be back in Zambia again,
Jako and Amber Joubert
